Back in Forest Park (this is the last Forest Park walk listed in our books). |
The start of the trail, nice wide path although it is slightly bumpy and rough |
The Trilliums are blooming! |
So pretty!!!! |
More greenery this time... |
Again, we get to walk our "favorite" trail. One day we will walk the whole Wildwood trail, which is around 30 miles long. |
This poor tree was in bad shape, lots of rot and holes. |
We turn off on the Alder Trail and make our way back down towards the car. |
Not much water in the Creek running through here. |
Julie found a Banana Slug |
This was the only downed tree across the path we saw, looks kinda cool but not safe for all the runners/walkers we saw. |
This is one of many wooden bridges we crossed on our walk |
The main path back to the car, this portion of the trail is less bumpy and easier to walk on. |
Beautiful stone wall (built by nature) |
